How to reschedule a booking
Use the link in your booking confirmation email, if desired, and choose a new date. No payment is required. You’ll get a new confirmation email with the updated information.
How to cancel a booking
- Click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email.
- Then, please ALSO send an email to hello@heidibada.com to alert Heidi to the cancellation, so she can process the refund, if applicable. A monetary refund requires Heidi to confirm the booking details and do extra steps with the payment processor.
- You’ll get a confirmation email.
Please note:
Some bookings may not be refundable. This can happen when the booking is for a date in the past, your email is not reachable (e.g. it longer exists), your booking payment didn’t actually occur, or the refund period has closed.
Heidi will attempt to reply to emailed requests for help with purchases, re-scheduling, and refunds, but is not responsible if the booking contact details are unreachable. If provided details don’t match a purchase that occurred, or the refund period has closed, a request for refund may remain unfulfilled.

For any other type of customer service, please reach out for help at hello@heidibada.com. This email is monitored regularly. Please watch your email inbox regularly for correspondence during a customer service request.
Refund policy
Refunds are possible when indicated in the product description or during the payment process. Some booking types may or may not allow cancellation or re-scheduling.
Some booking types may not allow cancellation with refund but not on short notice. Once a booking is completed, Heidi prepares and that is why refunds are discouraged or not available for some booking types.
Where possible, Heidi allows cancellation with a refund. Please follow the process on this page for rescheduling or cancelling a booking, to ensure you get a refund if applicable (refunds require an extra step with the payment processor that can only be done by Heidi).

I only collect name and contact information where it’s needed for supplying paid content and products, exchanging messages (such as on social media or email), and other activities that are in line with operations of an informative and coaching-oriented website.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. I never receive or store your credit card information.
Email
If you subscribe to my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Cookies
This website may use cookies to remember preferences and help me understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies through your browser if you prefer.
Third-party services
I may use services such as:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Cal.com for booking
- Substack for delivering updates and newsletters by email and in the Substack app, if you sign up
